JDL Express Couriers provides courier and same-day delivery services to business clients in South Florida, USA, together with an online tracking portal at jdlroutetracker.com that displays the status of an active delivery.
Use of the tracking portal
Access to tracking is provided through a private link or access code issued for a specific delivery. You agree not to share that link publicly, attempt to access deliveries that are not yours, or interfere with the operation of the service. Tracking links may expire once a delivery is complete.
Notifications
Delivery status notifications by SMS and email are provided as a convenience and depend on carrier and network availability. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms & Consent.
Delivery estimates
Estimated arrival times, live map positions, and route information are estimates based on available data and may change due to traffic, weather, and operational conditions.
Liability
The tracking portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDL Express Couriers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal or from delayed or undelivered notifications. Delivery services themselves are governed by the service agreement with the business client that arranged the delivery.
