JDL Express Couriers is a courier and same-day delivery company operating in South Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through our delivery operations and our tracking portal at jdlroutetracker.com, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Recipient name, delivery address, and apartment/suite details
• Mobile phone number and email address, when provided for delivery notifications
• Delivery status, timestamps, driver notes, and proof-of-delivery photos
• Driver GPS location during an active route, used to display live tracking
• Basic technical data such as browser type and IP address for security

How we use it

• To pick up, route, and complete deliveries
• To send transactional delivery status updates by SMS and email
• To provide proof of delivery to the business client that hired us
• To secure our systems and prevent abuse

We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell personal information.

Mobile information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are used only to send delivery notifications related to a specific shipment. Message delivery is carried out by our SMS provider solely for the purpose of transmitting those messages on our behalf. See our SMS Terms & Consent.

Sharing

We share delivery information only with the business client that requested the delivery, the intended recipient, and service providers who help us operate (dispatch software, hosting, SMS and email delivery). We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention and security

Delivery records and proof-of-delivery photos are retained as long as needed for business and legal recordkeeping. Access to our portal is restricted by access codes and private tracking links, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, email updates@jdlroutetracker.com. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
